Thank you so much for noticing this! I had forgot to set a season number, so that’s probably what caused the problem. I have updated the episode now, so it should work once the change has taken effect across platforms, which takes a while sometimes. Thanks again for letting me know; I would never have found this myself!

They use a mnemonic system to teach characters.

For each character they will help you learn:
1.how to pronounce in Mandarin
2. be able to read and write the character.
3. recognize the character being spoken by listening to recordings of male and female native speakers.

I am able to read, write, pronounce, and understand spoken characters, words, and sentences after starting as a complete beginner. Their program is small as it is only run by two people, but this gives you a personalized approach to learning.

I highly recommend them!
