I don’t think I have the list I compiled back then as I only used it as a stepping stone. I ended up taking roughly one year’s worth of credits in phonetics and phonology in Chinese, so most of the terms became second nature quickly. While this isn’t a list, I think the best thing to do is to check an overview of the topic, such as the one on Wikipedia. You could also read an introductory textbook. There are some short ones that are quite good, such as 王理嘉、林燾. (2013). 語音學教程. 五南出版社. There might be a newer version or one in simplified if you prefer, but I haven’t looked into it recently.
